Minimum Spends

We reserve the right to apply minimum food and beverage spends where a room or designated area is specifically allocated for a function. Any food and beverages contributes towards hitting your minimum spend. If the minimum spend quoted is not met the difference will be charged as a venue hire fee.

Exclusive use and other fees.

There may be some exclusive use fees that apply when booking a space. Other fees may apply when extras or AV requirements are added to the event.

Booking Confirmation

To secure your function date a non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 7 days of making the booking with the signed Function Agreement returned. Your booking is not considered confirmed until this amount has been paid and we receive your completed function agreement.

Payment

All fees and minimum spends must be paid prior to the event. With the final 50% being paid a week before the date of the event. Any extra bar tabs, food or other must be settled on the night via eftpos.
